Feels like a decade since I posted last with anything of importance to everyone but alas I’m still here to hurt your eyes with colour. Ladies and Gentlement, I’m pleased to inform you that the BattleScape realm is now back online and functioning as normal; I apologize for the delay in getting this realm back online and working for everyone however I’ve been exceedingly busy of late. There are a few things you should be made aware of, the server is now on a separate realmlist to the rest of the ScapeGaming servers, and unfortunately is not at the latest patch but is in-fact still at 2.4.3. We understand fully that this may be a frustration to some users however at the current moment in time the BattleScape server is not on our agenda for upgrading to WOTLK+ for numerous technical reasons. Of course this situation may change in the near future and we will inform you at said required time. Currently at the time of this post there is no User Control Panel (“UCP”) connected to the BattleScape account database and there is no account registration function, both of these features will be added on new URLs soon! An important note to be aware of is if you have recently changed your password it may not have been updated for the BattleScape server, so please try previous passwords (within the last week or so!) On other issues, we have now fixed the main User Control Panel so players can enable and disable both expansion packs (The Burning Crusade and The Wrath of the Lich King), these can be done so from here.
